LUMIK, LLC - Visual Information Specialist

      September 2022 — present

​

Government contract position, stationed at the Pentagon. Creating and updating existing design jobs for various clients within WHS and OSD, including but not limited to logos, posters, brochures, programs, exhibits, and informational signs. Work includes both design creation with the Adobe Suite, and production work, including printing, mounting, trimming, cutting and applying vinyl, assembling brochures and programs, laminating with a laminating press and large format printers. Currently working on creating a new training module for the records department involving animation, with the goal of making the information more digestible and easier to complete.

 

PSSI We Print - Graphic Designer

      January 2021 — September 2022

Working closely with specialists to complete print jobs for clients. Preparing files to be printed using Adobe suite software. Designing various print materials both for in-house use and for clients, including business cards, flyers, posters, signs, and greeting cards. Developed templates for in-house use to improve efficiency.

Completing commissions for digital graphics content such as logos, website mockups, and branding, and for illustrations for social media profile pictures, merchandise, and drawings to accompany unpublished stories by online independent writers. Also completed commissions for costume props, jewelry, and clothing items (screen-printing, sewing, designing)

​

Designed a logo and branding for a local startup engineering and contracting firm. Scope of work included a logo, stationary, collateral materials, website, and graphic standards guide.
